We all know how frustrating it is to work with contractors and they never show up on time and they show up when they want without caring about your schedule. Both times I've worked with Lucy, her team came out on time for EVERYTHING from quote to template to actual installation. Which is especially important on a project like this last one on a very strict time constraint. The quality of workmanship is top notch too. Her team is efficient yet very meticulous in installing your countertops perfectly. I've referred her to some of my friends and they all agreed that Elegant does a great job and at a reasonable price.

They're the only service who has come out for an actual measurement to give a proper bid instead of trying to farm for my contact information and telling me to check out their website or showroom. They are also coming back with samples so I'm able to view them in the space. Their pricing so far has been reasonable and they offer a nice selection of materials. This is a family-run business and exactly the type of business I want to hire as opposed to big chains.

They are always quick to respond and are very organized and on top of things. We always knew when they would be available and they always came on time. They were super helpful in helping us choose a stone and told us what to expect. Oh, and they were one of the cheapest bids we got. The big name places wanted to charge us thousands more for a less personal experience. The best part about them was their attention to detail. When we chose our slabs, they told us what to look for and showed us things we would have never considered on our own. They came the day after our kitchen cabinets were installed and said one cabinet was 1/4" off of what is should be on one corner. They encouraged us to get it straightened so the counter would be perfect, even though it was such a small imperfection. When we were planning the cuts they'd make for the counters, they made sure they knew what part of the slab we liked best for the island and showed us exactly where seams would be. When they made the seams, they lined up the pattern perfectly. They put so much into their work and helped us make decisions to get the perfect kitchen! They also somehow got our giant 10' Island piece up our split level stairs and around a tight corner without scratching a single thing in the house. They had a large selection of materials and looks to choose from. Their team came out and removed my old countertops and replaced the new ones in under an hour! They cleaned up everything before they left and even recommended what type of cleaner I should use on them. They were thoughtful, respectful, kind, and very easy to work with. They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make! The entire room looks different with my new countertops from PSI Tops! The mounted sinks I also got from PSI and they look amazing and seamless, worth the money. Called Plastic Specialties and they were out to look at it within the hour. Without hesitation offered to replace the entire countertop. Called me that afternoon, and said he could take out the defective one and install the new one the very next working day. So impressed with a company that backs their product without hesitation.
