The current manager (Joe I believe) is knowledgeable and friendly and has fixed various issues on our family vehicles for no charge at all, only asking that we return when we need a tyre. Kwik-fit are not always the cheapest option but the guarantees, part quality and level of service I've received from this young man and his team has always justified the slight extra cost. Today my daughters brakes are working properly again after a quick and efficient visit, she also won't pay for replacement pads again due to a lifetime warranty. Maybe the previous gentleman is more sceptical but this centre has a fantastic reputation locally due to the personal and honest service they provide and not just the location which to be honest is not the best in the area as there is nothing else nearby but a golf course! They also offer one of the cheapest places to buy tyres in Sussex according to my Dad so look no further when your tread starts to get a little bald. There should be more establishments like this one that offer a genuine solution to your car's problems however big or small instead of charging you an arm and a leg for a replacement lightbulb!

Took my vehicle to have 2 new front tyres. charged me £180.00 for 2 budget high speed summer tyres…read morethat were not suitable for my motor even thou i had asked for mid range all season Hankook .They replaced with the correct tyres but to find the second time the tyre height was wrongly fitted a 60 rating instead of 65 which they changed again but with attitude!. I Noticed the next day both Rear tyres were totally flat. strange as they were like new when it went into there garage. The rear tyres were fitted new new by setyres 2020. one had a puncher a large screw stuck in it and to my amazement the other had been changed for a 2016 budget perished tyre. Obviously they denied any part in this, I have receipts for the rear tyres from last year and i never mix my tyres. This was not just a coincidence ,more like an attempt to get more money out of me . I would not recommend this tyre garage I took my van to CVS who repaired and replaced the rear tyres that were damaged. I found CVS a lot cheaper were very helpful and honest..
