We called this company to winch out our truck, which was stuck on the gravel in the parking lot. They sent the tow truck, and the driver did a lot of damage to our truck's front end while winching it out. He didn't care at all that the bumper and deer guard were ripped off in the process. They are absolutely there to take advantage of people and get every dime they can. Watch out for added charges, and if they say they will take a charge of, make sure they did. Add up the breakdown of charges yourself. Nice to your face, but it's dirty business. When asked about it, the owner (at least he said he was) just dismissed me. In fact lied, saying we had already had the conversation when I had not even spoken to a male at this place. The ladies in the office were fine, he had zero professionalism. On Monday, February 20, 2017; I called Arrow towing company to tow my 32' Class A Allegro Bay Motorhome. Upon arriving to the storage unit (U-Stor West Central) where I kept my motorhome, Kevin, the tow truck operator, was reluctant to tow my vehicle. He was able to jump start it and it ran. However, I was very concerned that it would actually make it to T and M Automotive in Andover. He convinced me to try to drive it and that he would follow me. We started out and after going about 1 mile it stopped on I-235 at the under-construction Kellogg interchange. Needless to say, a somewhat unsafe area to breakdown and connect the tow. Kevin then detached the drive-line (a needed practice that is a common practice prior to towing a Motorhome of this kind) and hooked up the Motorhome from the front to his tow truck. We then proceeded to T and M Automotive. Upon arrival at T and M Automotive, Kevin parked and detached the vehicle in the parking lot. He then attempted to put the drive line back together as it was when he found it prior to having it break down. He was unable to do so. T and M Automotive then had to spend several hours putting the drive-line back on and also had to repair U-joint parts as well. Kevin left parts inside the coach by the door that he was unable to put back on due to using the wrong tools. I asked him about those parts after he stated that they were parts from the U-joint. Due to this damage caused by the Arrow Wrecker Company, I had to spend $373.41 extra in parts and repair with T and M Automotive just to fix what Kevin did to the U joint bolt that he stripped. If you are going to chose this company to tow your vehicle, be prepared for damage to occur. read more

What a bunch of rude people! The cashier was very rude! The three other employees would not look up from texting on their phones while they were answering our questions. The cashier went to the back to call her boss instead of calling her in front of us. Why? I m pretty sure she just went in the back and stood there for a few minutes and then came back out front.
