The response was perfect, and they were very polite and professional on the phone. They scheduled me for the morning, and asked if I wanted to be called prior to them coming out. I said yes. The events that followed were both good and bad. They apparently came out but did not call me. A minor was at home at the time, and they proceeded to do work without my approval. I found out when I called them after not receiving a call from them. Later that day when I was able to get home, I found out they had told my 14 year old to sign the invoice. In addition to not calling me, and making a 14 year old sign. The distance was 90'-130' on the invoice, my lot is only 100' total. Meaning the affected clog was the city's responsibility not mine, which is why I needed a free estimate, my clog usually took a while to manifest with 1-2 washing loads of water.(i had annotated this on the online form as well) The service itself was good, the management of the process was poor. The person I talked to on the line about the invoice was reluctant to admit the fault.
