So my daughter and I went here to get 4 prints framed. Nothing fancy but something nice-not plastic. When she gave us the price the way she worded the quote sounded like it would be 3 for $200. When I got up to pay I was stunned it was per piece so the price ended up being well over 600. My bad there. I should have said no but I was in such shock over the price I literally couldn't speak. When I got in the car my daughter echoed the same thing I experienced. So fast forward a few weeks and I pick up what the framed. It might as well have been a plastic frame from Hobby Lobby because the quality and the actual frame is so cheap. So, it is on me for being stuck with almost and 809 dollar framing of 4 prints. But I do not recommend the place based on what I received. read more

I just picked up my framed print and it is so beautiful. Custom framing is expensive when compared with DIY from a craft store but the price was much lower than custom job from a chain store. Most importantly to me, the owner took the time to make suggestions on frames and mat colors that I wouldn't have put together myself. And he had options at different prices too. I am very happy with the finished product and I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth. Also, if you're on the fence, I recommend just going in and talking with them. One of the four photographs sets had broken glass from the move (recently moved). I brought in the frame to have new glass put in. They did a great job! The entire thing cost me $25.92 which isn't bad. The only thing is, I wish they would have called when it was done. I drove by few weeks after dropping it off and it was ready. The girl behind the counter said it's been ready for a long time. But since they did a good job, I am leaving it with 5 stars. read more

I was lucky enough to find the Art & Frame Warehouse when I needed a really important framing job done in a just a couple of days and didn't have a lot of time to run all over south Orange County. Rates are very reasonable for the highly professional quality of materials and work. I told the owner I only had a couple of days to before the picture needed to be ready for an important birthday, he made sure the job was done in a third the usual time and the work was superb. This even though their usual turnaround is 7-10 days, *and* they were moving to a new location (in the same mall) at the same time.
