I would never in a million years think to write a review on hobby lobby with one stars but today is Easter and I had an Alice in wonderland themed easter and these pom pins on the picture were going to be the perfect things hanging on top of our table they look more weirder than lanterns which reminded me of something the mad hatter would do but obviously when I opened the packaged they were nowhere near what the picture showed why put these when it was clearly misleading, also the only thing that bugs me about this place is the cashiers are licking their fingers to roll your items in the paper and to open bags or even money it's just gross I dont want to touch my bags after u have licked your fingers please managers talk to ur employees about this it doesn't make the experience enjoyable

Came in today because my friend told me that they always have 50% off in the bakery section, when I was checking out the sweetest cashier Janet informed me that anything that says "sunny side up bakery" is always 50% off score! I'm going to make cupcakes so compared to what I was going to pay on Amazon for supplies, it came out to quite a steal. You can get lost in here with the endless aisles and their plethora of trinkets. I love coming here, there is something for everyone, and you never leave empty handed. There is always a sale going on, and plenty of employees to ask for help. Parking is in abundance anytime of the day. Who doesn't love a good deal?! Come visit!

One of my favorite Hobby Lobby locations. The staff members are always helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't get all their names but I do remember Luci at the check-out register. She was a doll and we adore her. The store is organized and it's easy to locate what I'm looking for. They have a wide selection of items at reasonable prices. There is always a staff member nearby in every section so I don't have to go on an expedition to find help or if I have a question. I love that they have a lot of cash registers opened all at once when the lines get long... or maybe I just happen to get lucky every time I come here? I don't think I've ever had to wait in line for more than 2 minutes on a busy day which isn't bad at all considering I've stood in line for almost 9 minutes at Michaels a few weeks ago and it wasn't even busy. We don't even shop at Target anymore and for good reason. Hobby Lobby has almost everything we need.

Cashiers are always nice and kind here but the managers seem to be very mean and stressed out everytime I go!

The lines are so long because they have to manually type in each item, God forbid you add a barcode or scanner.

I was directed to the self-checkout area instead. While I was in the process of checking out and obviously struggling the employee at the front began making comments about my children. As a parent managing three young kids by herself, it is extremely difficult to complete a transaction at a self-checkout station while also ensuring my children are supervised appropriately. This is precisely why I requested assistance in the first place. I was disappointed not only by the lack of support, but also by the tone and comments made during our visit. Customer service should feel supportive and welcoming, especially for families. It was frustrating to see multiple employees present, yet none available to provide direct assistance when requested. I should not be expected to perform the duties of a cashier while an employee stands nearby making comments about my children instead of providing assistance. Unfortunately, due to this experience and the overall lack of professionalism, I do not plan to return to this location. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the customer experience for others in the future.

The last 2 times I have had questions that went unanswered. I didn't want to walk around trying to find someone. Quality-Quantity: This is a beautiful, clean, nicely organized store. I do hope they make the effort to greet customers on the floor to see if they need any help.

For starters, we were never told to write down the beads cost and the signs were not accurate pricing. We wandered here expecting a great finds, but as we checked out the older cashier lady had a lot of unnecessary attitude and belittling commentary. Our total came out to be about $15 and with the discount about $4, but because we didn't have cash on us they ran our total for $15. At that point we should've just left but we were shocked at how we were being talked to that we just grabbed our stuff and left. They're conversations are also loud and unprofessional. We overheard a client on the phone being overcharged and they were indifferent. We found a nice bag of buttons for about $3 each and that's the only nice thing I have to say about this place. My advice is bring cash and I hope they are nicer to you than us on their last day.

Some items are priced higher depending on quality or function, but they have price sheets next to those items to indicate that it could cost more. For this visit, I did have a list of items I was interested in and was able to find such as, squeeze bottle for condiments, small mesh strainer, tempura paper liner and tongs. What I bought on impulse was the robe indoor house slippers, bear squeaky dog toy, card holder and a koi fish reusable bag. Their dog toys are perfect for my Pancake. She's obsessed with the bear since it squeaks and has soft limbs for her to chew on. They surprisingly hold up well with light play/chew, but most of the dog toys in our home are from Daiso. The only thing I couldn't find was the oil absorbing pads for used cooking oils. After frying, I used to throw a couple of those pads into a pan and it would soak up any remaining oil to toss in the trash. Was really useful to keep on hand, but I haven't found it in awhile. Besides that, I'm always happy to visit a Daiso and will be back soon.

There was absolutely no greeting, no eye contact, and zero effort made to welcome customers into the space. It felt as though the staff couldn't care less that people were walking through the door, treating their own personal chatter as the priority. To make matters worse, when I proactively tried to be polite and asked them, "How are you?", I was met with an incredibly pretentious, cold, and ignorant attitude. Instead of a standard, courteous professional response, they made me feel like an interruption to their day. This wasn't just isolated to me, either. I watched as they treated other customers who walked into the store the exact same way-ignoring them, refusing to welcome them, and continuing their personal conversation right in front of everyone. For a manager to actively participate in this behavior alongside a casual associate sets an incredibly poor standard for the entire store. The atmosphere here is deeply unwelcoming and elitist. I will not be spending my money at a business that treats basic courtesy with such arrogance. Management needs to seriously retrain this team on fundamental customer service. To top it all off, when I finally walked out, they completely ignored me again-no "thank you," no acknowledgment, nothing. Just completely dismissive from start to finish. Do NOT SHOP HERE!!!
