Outstanding customer service, and an excellent selection of frames, mats, and glass types to bring your framing visions to life. I brought in one small photo (8.5"x11") and one large photo (16.5"x23.3") and had a great time mixing and matching the frame and mat options with Bill. He had some very creative ideas and is clearly very passionate about his work and takes great pride in it. If you tell him the price range you're trying to stay under, he won't pressure you out of it but will work with you to find the perfect fit. Once we settled on the frames and mats, Bill was very upfront that the wait time would be a bit since he was working as a one-man show at the time. Thankfully, I was in no rush to get my pieces back so I told him to take his time. It took just over a month, and Bill called as soon as they were ready. This is my second time to Bills shop. I had him frame up my crossing the line certificate going over the equator and order of the locks certificate from Panama. I wish I had taken better care of these when I was younger, but bill did a great job of framing great them up so they will be preserved forever. Highly recommend bill and his shop. Just received a Christmas gift of several large photos. Art and Framing worked with our son to provide beautiful frames, protective glass, a finished product ready for mounting. Bill is amazing. Not only does he have three decades of experience, but he is just an awesome businessman. This trip, my objective was to replace the broken glass in two pieces of art. I opted for acrylic in one and glass in the other. Bill took the time to explain our options and prices. After calling around, Bill gave me the lowest prices and he stood by his quotes. My first piece is 24" x 34". The acrylic ran between $255 at Michael's and $150 at one glass shop. Bill quoted me $75. The second piece is 16" x 22-1/8". The glass ran between $93 at Michael's and $75 at the glass shop. Bill quoted me $35. Bill took care to wrap the glass and label which side should face out and he put both the glass and acrylic into a slender box for transport. He then wrote "glass" on the box so I would take care when putting into my SUV. We now have a "go to" guy when we need glass or framing. read more

This place was wonderful and very professional. I originally went in just to have a picture fixed that had been broken during a move. After they did a great job on the frame, I decided to let them frame all the prints that I had recently ordered. One of the prints that I ordered was a matching set, so I paid for the frame because the company said that the print would be available in 2 weeks. However, when I called back, the company was not able to get the print for me because they said the artist discontinued the painting. I told Bill about the situation and he called around to find the print for me. He spoke directly with the artist and the artist sent him the print for free. I was so shocked and overjoyed. I recently stopped by this store on a Saturday morning hoping to find a low cost solution for a stained wood framed photo collage that had become scratched. The owner took a look at it, found his furniture touch up marker and went to work. I had been hoping to find something like he was using to purchase but they are only sold in large and fairly expensive sets. Within 10 minutes while I waited, he had "erased" all the scratches with his marker and it looked as good as new. I asked him how much for the service but he would not accept any money. I was flabbergasted. I would have happily paid him $20-30 for his time , service and expertise. I promised him I would not let the circle of kindness end with me. I will be passing his kindness to as many as I can. I can assure you that if I have any other framing needs in the future, this business will be my first stop. read more

Bill did an amazing job reframing some art that wasn't done properly the first time - straightening a piece, making sure the artist's signature didn't cut off in a second one - and helped me pick out mats and frames for a number of other pieces that turned out beautifully. He even took a gorgeous frame that we ended up replacing and framed a mirror instead, so I was able to re-use it. It's a small shop but Bill does a phenomenal job. Just picked up a uniform I had framed and couldn't be happier. It was a challenging job because of the patches and other items attached to the uniform, but Bill worked patiently to give me options and also worked very hard to keep the price close to my budget. Bill, who customized a shadow box I wanted designed, was very helpful. His expertise to design something that was beautiful and within my price range exceeded my expectations when I saw what he had done. We had so many compliments, which never happens with a military shadow box. He cares about what he delivers to the customer, which is a nice change from a lot of the services around here. If there is 0 star for a rating, this is what I would give the person I dealt with at this location. I never do ratings good or bad, but felt so inclined to do so after our experience here. It may be the person and not the business; but certainly, the person that represents the business can do much damage to the business. My husband and I went in to stretch a canvas. We called ahead to see if they would do this service and for how much. When we came into the store, a huge sign on the window indicated the stretching would cost $30 just as what was stated on the phone, but when we came in, immediately the guy was not friendly. He initially said it would cost $30 nothing more as was stated on the phone and on the sign on the window, and we were ready to proceed with the service. However, he tried to sell a frame to go with the canvas, and as consumers we were still debating on whether we needed to get a frame at this time. This is when the guy grew very impatient and rude. He then said that if we didn't buy the frame with them, then there is an additional charge of $30 to stretch the canvas. If we were told this upfront on the phone or even when we first entered the store, we would not have felt that we were being deceived. But what is more disappointing than the deceptive practice we encountered, is the terrible attitude and service of this person from the minute we walked into the store. There was another staff member in the store, and I can tell you this person was also very uncomfortable with this guy's attitude towards us, but didn't say anything because the guy was his supervisor! Based on our experience here, I will never return to this place again even if I have to pay a higher price somewhere else for the same service! read more
