The first one went fine but then he would cancel appointments and reschedule. One appointment was rescheduled 3 times. On one occasion she waited in his lobby for over an hour and then he came out to let her know he had to reschedule. When she shared her frustrations with his time management he told her the world doesn't revolve around her. He would not refund any of the money and then made it seem like it was her that was not keeping appointments. We have messages and time stamps to show that he canceled most of the appointments in addition to keeping her waiting. He will not refund any of the money and we have lost faith in him to keep his word. We will not be making another attempt schedule with him and she now has an incomplete tattoo on her lower leg.

We had some issues with scheduling, but Ash and Bruce went above and beyond to correct the issue and to get us in. They, no doubt, strive to keep their clients happy. Their new shop is awesome, snacks, drinks, gaming area, and by far the cleanest tattoo studio I've ever seen, even the bathrooms are spotless. Drove out there to put down a deposit and make an appointment but was able to be seen as a walk in. Will was very courteous and helped us out. They are running a special on piercings right now and Will does the piercings. He's very hygienic and talks you through everything. He is very kind and helpful. I then was able to get my tattoo with Marc. He too was hygienic and talked me through it. Very sweet and it did not hurt. I absolutely love the outcome of the tattoo! I highly recommend them both to anyone interested in getting these things done. The place was clean and enjoyable music playing. Will offered us waters while we waited as well. They gave me a free circle barbell due to some complications during the process. They also did my boyfriend's ears, and it went perfectly. A week later they happily changed the rings to clear retainers for school. Very happy with this shop.

The artists there are awesome! I've personally only been tattooed by Garrett but everyone else's work looks amazing as well. Everyone was super welcoming and we were in and out with tattoos we loved! Pro tip: the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the parking lot is small, poorly lit, and pretty sketchy after dark. Bring a friend with you if you're skittish!
