Do not recommend ! There are so many nail salon options in Jackson, do yourself a favor and skip this place . The wait time is ridiculous and they overcharge . The price quotes are different than what's listed . They give a very mediocre service and try to include their own tips in final price . Save your money !

First time at Queen Nails and we had such a great experience! They were so sweet and really took great care of my husband and me. Even the newest nail tech did an amazing job. And Tommy ... thank you for being awesome and making us feel so welcome. We'll definitely be back! read more

I went in for a set of gel nails. It was recommended that I ask for Tony or Tommy. Tony did my nails and did a marvelous job. I was very pleased with the results. The only issue that I had was that there was a language barrier as Tony spoke only a few words of English and I had to have Tommy translate. Otherwise I was please with Tony's work. read more

WORST experience ever!! Went in Friday afternoon for a shellac mani/pedi and that experience was pleasant. Ryan took care of me and was very professional. Sunday morning my mani started chipping and lifting. Went back in to get a couple of nails fixed, they told me it all had to be redone and I had to pick a different color. (Now my hands and toes don't match) First girl aggressively grind them off, second girl buffed them and painted them. She finished and walked off. Not one word after that. I walked out with my nails looking like this. I don't recommend. It's over priced and the costumer service was awful. read more

This was my first time here and it was awesome! They were nice enough to let me in the salon during a tornado watch and preceded to finish my nails while the tornado sirens went off. The man who did my nails was friendly and I felt welcomed. 10/10!!! read more
