He fixed the leaky pipe and filled back in the 4' deep hole. He worked that back hoe like it was his own second arm. Both before and after the dig, he was patient to take our calls after hours and talk us through our concerns. He explained how the pressure gauge should read. He double checked to make sure the leak was fixed and the tank was pressurizing properly. He also ensured us that there were no additional leaks with our well. Mike is a 4th generation well digger and repairer. He is now our "well guy" and the one we will call in the future. We would recommend Mike Wilcoxson for any of your well related needs.

Went above and beyond to protect our lawn. Went above and beyond to remove all wood. Went above and beyond and blew out all of our gutters, including the second story. Cleaned up so well, you cannot tell that major work was done. All of their workers wore helmets, eye protection, hearing protection. They have a crane that will go over our two story house, so they don't have to drive a massive truck in to your yard. Then the smaller equipment, when brought on to our property, they laid down protective sheets to protect the grass. I could not be happier with their service. I used Bass Septic Sewer to do the inspection for a home I was looking to buy, having a working…read moreseptic tank is a huge deal breaker. So when I got back the inspection report and it said Pass in all areas I was thrilled! After closing and moving in I had a lot of draining problems so I called out a different plumbing company they then informed me that the septic was never even connected to the tank!!! So I don't know how that means the septic is all good or how they even did an inspection in the first place. The quote to fix it was a minimum of 2,500. All I asked was for a refund of the amount I had to pay the other plumbing company because I shouldn't have to pay someone for an inspection that I already paid Bass to do in the first place. The lady on the phone was rude and said "bottomline we aren't paying for it" which is very bold for a company that didn't even do a proper inspection on my home. The inspector that went out to my house said to us after we got the quote "I don't go inside if I don't have to" HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I called and asked if I had the correct time and date and I did. The receptionist admitted it was her fault and had a project estimator (Kolby W.) come out at 6:30pm. He claimed he couldn't give me a good quote because he didn't have time to prepare and he said he would come by Friday at 5pm. It is now Tuesday and I never received a phone call' e-mail, text, smoke signals or snail mail. This shows me what kind of company this is. I wouldn't accept a quote from them now even if they said they would do it for free.
