After reviewing the invoice, I had to seek legal advice and confirmed through an independent witness that the technicians were on site for only a few hours. We ultimately reached a resolution after considerable back-and-forth. I would recommend asking for a written estimate and a clear explanation of hourly billing before authorizing work.
