If I knew what I learned during the process, I would have selected another company. He had a defective piece of granite and was going to install it until I happened to see it and objected. He initially said it was on me since I selected the granite piece. Later in conversation, he admitted he did not see it until he was cutting it. That would have been the time to contact your customer, but he didn't. There are also cracks in the granite where he left it cracked. He said he has been installing for years, but his work indicated not. I could give more examples, but it would take too much space.
