The agents are helpful and good at responding to questions. However, I have seen no initiative of communication (I always have to contact them with questions). There has been zero open houses and minimal overall effort to sell our house. We have had 1 offer in 6 months and it wasn't very reasonable. Thankfully our contract will end soon.
