Room lights were always not working and had to request for repair but never fixed. Room was always not cleaned with sheets or bathroom with not enough towels or not cleaned used coffee cups. Price was not cheap and they had a sign with 4 star hotel which I do not agree with this level of service and what they offering. I wanted to try and see NH Hotel Group but what I expirienced I would not unless this is just business trip not for a special occasion. Even with free drinks offered by Hotel management, quality of hotel is very low and poor. Hope they revisit and fix one day.

The location is really good - 15 mins from Milan central station, a really nice park about 30 seconds down the road. And about a minute walk to the repubblica underground stop. If you walked from the hotel to the main city central this would take about 20 minutes give or take. Inside the hotel the decor is quite modern and clean. The staff were very friendly spoke good English and we're happy to help with any questions. We forgot to bring an adaptor from England and they simply had one to lend until we checked out which I thought was really handy. We were upgraded to a superior room and my goodness this was nice. It wasn't a huge room but you had all the luxuries you needed. Really quite impressive. We had breakfast included with our stay and this was really nice, it was mainly a continental breakfast with a help yourself type of deal. There were staff readily available if you wanted to have say, an omelette or scrambled eggs cooked fresh. The staff here in the morning were very personable and friendly. All in all if I ever stay in Milan again I will be looking at staying here again!

This place is unique, very minimalistic design and decoration. Starting from the lobby to the rooms, only the very basic necessities. However, its fully stocked with things you need for comfortable stay. We got a room on 2nd floor with balcony over looking the entrance to Rinascente Milano. We were worried about the street noise but all worked out ok. When the tourists are gone, locals done partying, becomes very quite. Actually, trash truck comes at 5 30 am. Bed is clean, comfortable, temperature is jut right. All the furnishings are super modern and belongs in an art museum. Its small but very functional. Bathroom is all copper except the ceiling. Floor is copper, even the shower. Rain shower with very strong water pressure is a big plus. Lots of hot water. Two waters and nesspresso pods are complimentary. Fully stocked refrigerator with pricing list on the QR code linked. If you are a first timer, will struggle little bit with light switches. Still do not know how to turn the bedside lights. Very clean, comfortable, quite and friendly staff and few steps from M1, and being in the center of Milan, a must!

ONE exception is this hotel. I have tried to speak to someone regarding our reservation which was booked on Expedia and we were told SORRY! We didn't want a refund but just a credit to book once this virus is better understood and controlled. Well everyone else understood the need to cancel but this hotel didn't see it this way. So we are out 567.00 USD. The virus is spreading like wildfire and it's unfortunate but worst off are establishments like this

The person on the phone in perfect and very polite English assured me they won't issue a no-show and will be waiting for us. This was relieving as no one was certain when the plane was about to take off (yes, t'was a low-cost carrier, but that's another story). We arrived at close to midnight time, but still welcomed with a smile. The reception was anything, but big, however, the 2 personnel were efficient and the checking-in did not take much time. The lobby looked fantastic for a 4-star hotel - very clean and spacious. There were complimentary fruits, candy, cookies for guests to enjoy while waiting. We got a room on the 2nd floor. It was relatively small, but we were aware of that prior to arrival (it was a bargain price, so no reason to complain). It had everything needed - clean bathroom, comfortable bed, TV/WiFi, enough room for two suitcases. No view from the window, but that was OK, too. Overall, I'd give the room itself 3.5 Yelp stars. Breakfast the next morning was very rich. Great selection of cheese, bread, salami and Italian specialties, coffee, fruits, yogurt. The hotel's located very close to Milano Centrale train station, and also about 5-10 mins walking distance of the famous Corso Buenos Aires with numerous shops, outlets and gelaterias. Metro stations of two of the lines M1 and M3 are easily reachable (they both go to Duomo cathedral). Stayed there in the end of May, but doubt much has changed since then. Overall, I enjoyed the short stay in this hotel and if I get the chance, would book again.

While checking out we had a bit of confusion about the rates we had gotten, but it turned out we had made a mistake. However, they right away suggested to only charge the lowest rate first and double-check everything with the booking company on monday (we left on sunday) and get back in touch with us to charge the difference between the two rates on monday if needed. Bed was a king size bed which was really amazing! Service was very friendly - at the reception as well as the concierge. Service at the breakfast bar could be a bit faster, but it was ok. Breakfast menu was very good. Spa area was a bit smaller than expected. Pool was quite large. Sauna and jacuzzi were very small and location in general not too comfortable. Employees could speak a bit better English. In general: price quality ratio was fine. Some deficiencies in service areas. Definitely can be recommended.

It wasn't too close to the city center or Duomo, but there was a street car stop right outside that took you to all the important places you might need to go. Really my only complaint is breakfast. Not because it was a bad breakfast (it was by far the most amazing, lavish, well rounded buffet breakfast I've ever had), but because it seemed like it was included in the room rate during check in ("breakfast is served between 7-11"), and when we went to breakfast ("room number, please"). Turns out it was 20 euros each. Pretty steep for breakfast - though it was a great breakfast.

The breakfast room is large enough but the hotel offers only Italian breakfast, so cereals, coffee and croissants rather than a continental buffet. Prices are affordable.

I opted for a taxi since it was very early in the morning but the train station is only a few blocks away. This hotel is very quaint. i stayed in 2 separate rooms, one was much smaller with very little room to move around whereas the 2nd one was larger. You are welcomed to the room with nice fluffy sandals, a mini bar filled with water, snacks and drinks and the price is very reasonable. I did not mind the smaller room at all, on the contrary I was impressed with the use of space. The stay includes breakfast and the selection is pretty good. Do not expect an American breakfast spread with Eggs and sausage but they had plenty of pastries, varieties of coffee, yogurt and lots of fruits and drinks. one evening they also mentioned that they serve free welcome drinks in the early evening but I couldn't stay since I was going out to dinner with coworkers. They never charged me for the water I used from the mini bar either. The employees are very friendly and welcoming and makes sure that your stay is comfortable. My first room had some problem minor issue with the controller for the heater but they had extra blankets and i was comfortable. One thing to note is that neither of the 2 hotels I stayed at had an iron in the room. One of them ironed items for you at a charge. So make sure you try to take clothes that don;t easily wrinkle.
