This was my first time getting a massage. It was our anniversary and my wife wanted to do a couples message. I caved and she booked us a session, at around Valentine's Day. We booked an hour message, and got there about 10 minutes before our appointment. There was no one at the front desk. We waited there for about 8 minutes, not really knowing what to do. There was no bell to ring, nothing. Finally, my wife started to walk towards the only other door there, to try and see what the wait was all about, and the masseuse walks out, say nothing to us and charges the people she was just massaging. A bit odd, but we go with it. She finally acknowledges us - with a bit of an attitude - and she hands us a form, my wife, who is the expert, tells me to write down areas I want massaged and focused on, etc. We went to the back and got our messages, the whole time, both mother and daughter masseuses, kept talking to us about roller derby and how fun it is. My wife said this isn't a normal thing while getting a message. Not relaxing at all. Also, they never asked about or followed the requested areas highlighted in the form they gave us. When it was all done, the time came to charge us. The total price charged was for a full hour, but the message only lasted about 40 minutes. When my wife asked about what the couple's message included, we thought maybe chocolate covered strawberries, or the chocolate fountain they advertised on their website, but we were rudely told "you get to be in the same room." The owner has zero people skills, anytime you ask her a reasonable question about pricing or the use of a coupon, she was very rude and harsh. My first time will be my last, and I can tell you that my wife, who is always looking for a good place to have her massages done, will not be coming back. read more

After researching several options in and around the Orem area, I reached out to Jen on short notice when I was in town for a short duration of time. I shared with her my areas of concern and focuses and chose the 90 minute Zen massage. I often fear seeing new massage therapists due to my insecurities around my large areas of scar tissue, however, Jen made me feel comfortable from the get go. All Yelp children gather round and I will tell you a tale of wonder! I entered the address into my phone and as I got closer and closer, I thought... hmmm this must be in a house. And sure enough it was. As I went through the back gate I felt confused and scared because it felt like a B & E. The next sign pointed downstairs... so I descended!! The massage was given, and the results were good. We went in at 4:07 and undressed, and the massage began around 4:12, and it ended around 5:00. This place is great, I wish i would have known it was in a home, so everyone ITS IN A HOME. The massage was wonderful and I was originally going to give a 5, until we got our gift certificates... so we bought these for Christmas right? so December 25th when presents are given out. Guess when they expire... January 31st 2015!!!! (picture included). So... they last a month... its a great deal dont get me wrong 4 1-hour massages for $100 (they also post in the massage rooms something along the lines of, "you better tip") So that made me a little sad. BRING CASH!!! because its out of a home there is a 10% charge for credit card use, and they do not accept checks. I think only two people work it and they are PHENOMENAL massage therapists. but because there is only two and sometimes only one, if you call, they may be in the process of giving a massage. So there's limited reception. I was out of town and picked this place. The owner had me take off my jewelry and set it in a different place then my clothes. (Ive never taken off before ever since they were new) I ended up forgetting it and as I was driving out she called me and told me I left my necklace,I thought that was super nice of her! WRONG! When I put it back on I noticed she had STOLE my chain to my necklace! I'm so PISSED I want everyone to know they are thieves and I'm not going to delete this message until she returns it. Plus karma will make sure 10x because it ALWAYS does. Good thing I locked my car in the driveway of her residential business I had a feeling I should lock it when I got there even though I never lock my vehicle. Don't go here unless you want to deal with thieves. I paid with my card and left 10 cash tip. Maybe I should check my bank statement and make sure I didn't get robbed that way too most of all, I just want my necklace chain back that was not cool at all read more

The massage was mediocre. Not to mention it was in their home in the basement so that was a little off putting. We also seen signs that there was a 50% discount for a birthday massage. It was my husband's birthday and I asked them about their discount and mentioned it was my husband's birthday but they didn't honor their discount. It was probably one of the more expensive massages but the quality just wasn't there for the price paid. One of the girls was still "training" and my husband was not in the slightest impressed since he ended up with her. They also put an excessive amount of oil on you. read more

Horrible service. Should not use the name Massage Goddess and cannot fulfill it. Refused to deliver a full body deep tissue massage upon request. Sloppy drapping felt uneasy. Felt like a grease and go massage. No firm pressure, no sense of intunement with your body.
