It did not seem like he knew what he was doing to get knots out, since I requested more pressure but nothing really changed about the massage. My partner's massage had more technique to it, but was light on pressure. Overall, the massages were just okay and I'm not sure we would come back. It was annoying too that they still did hot stone massages even though we specifically asked for no hot stones. She has such a deep knowledge of anatomy and will move me (my head, legs, arms) around to best target muscles rather than just having me lay completely flat and doing surface level. I swear she gets out knots in my hips that I didn't even know existed and I've never found anyone who can relieve my neck knots so effectively. She can go amazingly DEEP but is also good at lessening pressure when requested. I have gotten massage for years and seen probably a hundred therapists and she tops it all.
