I called one last time and she answered the phone very unprofessionally. She didnt say the name of her company, just hello. How am I supposed to know if this is a business or I have the wrong number? So I ask about how to register for the class that I bought a Groupon for, she proceeds to tell me that the class doesn't exist until October. Meanwhile my Groupon expires November 7th. She tells me she is the owner of the business and just let her know and the expired Groupon will be honored. I'm sorry, but you have proven to not be reliable, professional or to have common courtesy. Why on earth would someone sale something that doesnt even exist?
