The worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. The scope of work tells you one thing but…read morereality is 180 degrees different. One example: insurance paid me $30,000 to replace my two triple sliding glass doors after hurricane Helene. I had these guys come inspect the house and give me a quote that said they will replace sliding glass doors as one part of the overall larger scope of work. I then shared the list of items covered by insurance to make sure everything would be fixed and they assured me I was covered. I hired them and 50% into the job I'm noticing I've been over billed and the high dollar items have not been purchased. I questioned the lead time on triple sliding glass doors and they said they had it covered. Then out of no where they told me that they only had double sliding glass doors in "their budget". My doors open to the water!!! Why would that be acceptable? My insurance breakdown said specifically triple sliding glass doors and he walked the house and saw triple sliding glass doors, but refused to do what they were contracted to do because they already had there money. By the end of the job they tried to give me a $4,400 credit for the doors and it took me threatening to sue them to get them to agree to $6,000. No new doors and they basically robbed me. Completely unprofessional and poor workmanship. If you read this review, this is just the tip of the iceberg. RUN!!!!!!! Do not use these scam artists!! Crooks!!!!!!!!!!!

I was tasked with purchasing lighting, mirrors, faucets and the sinks for my project. I sent screen shots confirming my purchases for them to be approved. Not only was the sink measured wrong (after being approved) and I then had to return it. They then claim that I did not send them screenshots of my purchases and were going to leave the lights and sinks not level/in proportion to the sink! They then tell me I have to buy a large mirror for my vanity and/or pay them $600 extra to move the lights! This is CRAZY. I expressed my frustrations with the team and they simply said "thank you for the feedback, we will take this into consideration with future jobs." If you have the client purchase items and the measurements do not work or match up, this should be discussed BEFORE any work is completed! I just got the second invoice and it is absolutely unacceptable that I am paying for their mistake. I feel scammed and feel that this shady practice should be brought to light so others are not put in a similar situation.
