We would like to share our negative experience with Euro Painting…read more The popcorn removal and painting project in our two-bedroom apartment was planned to be completed within 3-4 weeks, instead it lasted for more than 5 months. Now we are dealing with the results of their work, such as: major issues with the ceiling, a lot of damage to the wood floors and furniture items (due to the complete negligence of the painters). The painters have never protected any of our personal property as it was promised at the time of the contract being signed. The wood floors don't look as nice as they did before the project, even after a lot of cleaning that was done by the company. The brand-new windows, just installed before the project, were also messed up (they were left unprotected by the painters). The wall mirrors and mirror doors, which have never been covered during the project, are staying really foggy, and we are unable to make them look clean, doesn't matter how much we try. We should also mention that the painted ceiling had to be completely scraped and redone from the scratch after the first try... The reason was that the ceiling was looking bad, and it started to bubble allover. This process did extent the project for at least another month. But, even after the corrections were done, in about four months after the end of the project, the smooth ceiling started to show some cracks and bubbling again. The company does not accept the responsibility for these problems. Because we are still dealing with the aftermath of their poor job, we've decided not to ask this company to fix the issues. We just don't believe they can! We would rather hire someone else... So, we do not recommend Euro Painting for your painting project.

Knowing of our concern for the small fish in a water feature in the patio, he took care not to use any chemicals to power wash. The tasks were carried out perfectly and the cost very reasonable. He also replaced my neighbor's and our mail box which were looking pretty sad!! And then a couple of days later, we experienced a small "hiccup" in our home. About 4 or 5 ceramic floor tiles decided to pop up like a tent! So, I took photos of the affected area and sent them to Daniel. Soon after he received them, he called me and we agreed that he would return on the following Tuesday. He did and sorted out the problem by removing and replacing the tile. He also provided useful advice should we have to replace the ceramic tile. We hope we do not have to go through that hassle. Finally, Daniel had noticed that there was a spot in the driveway that needed another dose of power washing, which he did. The driveway looks great now. We have been very satisfied and recommend him highly!!!!

He complaint was unresolved with the BBB Mr. Marcos Silva never came out to check out the installation since the BBB complaint was filed. We would at least want a representative of Mr. Silva's insurance company check out the lippage. We have been in the house for the past year. We have tolerate the pain of walking on uneven floors and the pain of stepping on the lippage. We have to wear Sox or Slipper to protect the soles of our feet.

Following numerous attempts to rectify the problems they were hired to address and the additional issues they caused, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this company's services. In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, we hired Talent Painting based on their impressive five-star review. Unfortunately, the experience failed to meet expectations! Moreover, I have several text messages from Gus, the owner, promising to address these problems. Our open concept living, dining, and kitchen area where they repaired a ceiling crack that spanned the kitchen area and performed other drywall patches. However, the ceiling texture appears unsightly now. Please refer to the attached images for reference. Additionally, there were missed spots during the initial painting attempt, and they repainted some parts again. Regrettably the paint still does not match, and we have been living with a two-tone ceiling ever since. Our home's ceiling-to-wall joints were sealed with caulk, masking the imperfect paint application. However, this caulk eventually cracked and required removal. That created a bigger mess, and you can now see where they had to touch up paint from that now. Furthermore, the molding that was installed had separated from the wall, prompting additional corrective actions. The touch-up paint in our master bedroom exhibits a poor match and uneven application. As a result, the entire room required repainting, and the contractors showed little regard for protecting other areas. Gus' crew used my cleaning supplies and abundant amounts of paper towels, leaving my house in disorder. Upon asking them to clean up, I was informed by Gus that it is common for homeowners to hire a cleaning company after the work is done! While relocating our sectional resulted in the damage of the sturdy steel brackets that held its pieces together. These brackets are internal components that cannot be simply reinserted once they have been forcefully removed and distorted. As a result, the sectional now disintegrates when sat upon. Gus has assured me that they will fix the issue, that hasn't happened and then tried to say I said it was already broken! I possess numerous messages between Gus and myself containing assurances to enhance and correct their inadequate workmanship. The only concern he expresses is my removal of negative reviews!
