My neighbors are with Lyde Déneigement, they get twice as much snow removal then us, morning and evening when its snowing, and ON TIME. As for Belle-Neige today I left at 6:30 am , came back at 19:00, I barely can make it into my parking space with an AWD.... See attached photos , if that's what you like when you come home late... Absolument décevant, et toujours en retard. Ce matin j'ai quitté à 6:30, je suis revenu à 19:00 et je peux à peine accéder à mon entrée avec mon AWD... Lyde Déneigement est passé au moins 2 fois, ce matin et ce soir chez mes 3 voisins! La compagnie sauve beaucoup d'argent de cette façon. 50% de l'ouvrage @ 100% en retard. Malheureusement le service n'est pas moitié prix !!!

They give fake promises and have to chases them. We paid for service and were very frustrated and disappointed that our walkway and stairs were not done for many days after several snowstorm.
