They helped sort collections, and even tested some items in online sales to see if there was demand. Their experience with everything from antiques and collectibles to furniture to everyday household items was impressive. They helped group similar items together to create themed auctions, and then identified other items for an on-site sale. When I looked through the auction listings, I didn't recognize some of the items because of how fantastic the photos and lighting were. They handled the pickup, photography, selling, shipping, and the accounting for the sales. Without their compassion, dedication, and tenacity, I would still be sorting through everything. I can't recommend Colorful Colorado Estate Sales enough. The will the only estate sales company I will ever use.

A rather large collection of guns. As i was looking for another ccw gun (and a friend was too) we bid. I did the normal thing and checked the retail value. The guns....all of them that i checked (there were multiples of different guns which i thought was strange for an estate auction of a guy who made dummies) ALL SOLD FOR OVER RETAIL. Was it a bunch of ppl just getting stupid in a biddong war? Maybe.... But then we tried again at the next auction. Same result. I gave up figuring something was a miss. As some future auctions had the same gun. My guess was that one of the "bidders" was the owner of a gun store...and bidding up his guns if they weren't getting enough of them. However... I did notice on one auction that the lot numbers changed. Regardless...it was an auction...and paying more than 60-70% of a USED item i cant even touch is ridiculous. Then, my friend kept checking the auctions and saw a gun looking JUST like the gun he tried buying previously...funny thing was... The tag on the gun didnt match the lot number. So... Buyer beware. Something isnt on the up and up with the guns at this auction house.

The person helping me was really nice and took the time to show me how the camera works and give me some reading on what it'll take to fix the shutter. The camera is also in good condition despite the shutter. I haven't started in on fixing the camera yet, but it was cheap as is so relatively low risk. If I am able to fix and it truly is just the shutter, I would say extremely good value as well. The brick and mortar location is a small storefront connected to their warehouse, as I'm sure they get a lot of business online, I mention this because the person helping me really took the time to be friendly and answer questions. I sat and rambled on how I want to begins developing my film and, again very helpful, he was also quick to let me know that it's not to hard to start. Big recommend. Oh yeah, I needed a little wrist strap for an old point and shoot digital camera and went and found me a few, no charge.
