Fast forward two years-called and spoke to Harriet, the presumed owner. She sent someone out to measure and generate quote. Said estimator never entered any information into the system so no follow up was done by company. Fast forward again to November 2025. Went to showroom try again. New salespeople scheduled estimator Mike to come out. He shows up, takes note, and once again, no follow up. I called and spoke to Victoria who basically told me they weren't interested in doing it my way since it wasn't to "code", which I presume is industry talk for you need the most expensive option. I agreed to get a quote to do it "their" way. Surprise, no quote! I'm not a believer in chasing after a contractor that clearly has no interest in my business.

I used this company for a repair. They caused a huge flood from negligence and have yet to fix it…read moresince June. I have left multiple messages. This company did a plumbing job for me and did not turn the water off at the house. Somehow while doing the job they left my home unoccupied and the water came on leaving 2 areas where valves were not capped off causing a huge flood. They came to fix it and claimed it was their plumbers fault and he would be personally paying for all repairs. He did not do proper repairs and water sat on floors for over a week ruining more of the flooring and causing more issues and mold due to them not fixing the initial issue correctly. Since then, they have been completely unresponsive. Finally I received a call from their insurance company and now I still have no resolve and this is since June. I am out of pocket on damage and loss of income (its a rental property), had to replace 50% of my floors, ruined furniture, clothing, and the fact that i now have had a flood that I will have to claim when I go to sell the house in future which will cause a loss of income. I will also be filing an additional complaint with their insurance company as I have sent 7 emails, made 5 phone calls and still have not had a response as to what the resolve will be. I have never experienced such lack of care, incompetence and lack of integrity. I need this resolved and am at a huge out of pocket loss.

From past experiences, we knew that the anoid rod was probably the problem, so we called the company who installed the water heater to have them replace the rod. I called Pipedream Plumbing on Monday and Ryan was out here on Tuesday. He was unable to remove the rod because it was COMPLETELY STRIPPED from the previous attempt.
