When Costco could not deliver the turn around time I was looking for I started searching for a local company that could and I sure am glad that I found Keith and did not go with Costco - here's why. I brought him two boxes filled with old videos - many not labeled. He weeded through everything doing an excellent job of getting them in chronological order - no small task, especially considering he has no idea who anyone in the videos were, etc.. He fit up to two hours of video on each DVD - never cutting off an original video in the middle. When he came across times that the camera was left on (on accident) he made an effort to eliminate the wasted video and not transfer it to DVD. I could go on and on. Anyhow, I ended up paying more than Costco's prices, but what I received in valuable services more than compensated. The bonuses go on and on. My family has been enjoying watching these videos for days - the quality of the pictures is amazing - it has been the most priceless give we have given ourselves. So if you are reading this review - don't put it off any longer! Get all your old family videos to Keith so that you can start enjoying!
