We both agreed that we were in need of a wedding planner to help guide us in the process. I began my search for a wedding planner through The Knot and came across Jenna's profile page. I was instantly drawn to her website and reached out to Jenna for further information. I appreciated that she got back to me in a timely manner and scheduled an informative meeting. After our meeting I knew I wanted her to be our planner for this big event. We hired Jenna for her partial wedding planning services, since our venue package came with a wedding coordinator. Since our wedding was a destination wedding, we relied heavily on Jenna's suggestions and recommended vendors in the area. Jenna was organized, thorough and always went the extra mile for us when planning our wedding. She was communicative through emails, zoom meetings and arranged a detailed timeline for our wedding day. She really did alleviate any stresses or worries that I had during the months leading up to the big day. Fast forward to the wedding day and I couldn't have imagined the day without her. Not only was she there several hours before the ceremony setting up, she also stepped into roles (bustling my dress, grabbing us refreshments and picking up money during our Nigerian money spraying) I didn't expect her to. The best part was at the end of the night me and my fiance were expecting to handle some of the dreaded clean up, but Jenna had made sure everything was taken care of. Let's be real, weddings are expensive, and wedding planners are an investment, but they're so worth it! It is important to hire a planner that is professional, organized and supportive and Jenna was that and then some. You won't be disappointed with her services and she was by far one of the best decisions we made during the planning process.

My husband and I Zoom-interviewed countless photographers and we immediately cancelled every other interview / photographer hold after getting off our call with Hannah. Even over video, we felt like old friends. Throughout the wedding preparation process, we met and took photos with Hannah to get to know each other in person. We had a great time hanging out, making jokes, and all the while, getting outstanding "engagement" photos (we had already sent out a save-the-date). Hannah was also an expert at wrangling our pup, who loved to sniff and ignore the camera. Leading up to our wedding, she shared really helpful tools, which assisted us in outlining our wedding day and advising other vendors. Hannah checked in on us and regularly met with us over Zoom to make sure we were all on track. Unlike some of our other prep calls, we really looked forward to our prep sessions with Hannah. The day of our wedding, Hannah went out of her way to make it a success. When our florist insisted on delivering flowers later, Hannah picked up an extra bouquet to photograph with our details. She has an impressive wedding industry history, so she actually knew one of our vendors already and despite meeting the rest of the first time, she seamlessly flowed with all of them. She immediatley went to work with our wedding coordinator, but also adding to the camraderie and fun of "getting ready". She even advised and dealt with our very challenging videographer, who consistently got in her way. I can't imagine having anyone else so intimately involved with our wedding day as Hannah. I was looking forward to 1:1 moments with my husband the most, and Hannah made sure to prioritize those moments for us, capturing every ounce of excitement and bliss. Those moments are my most treasured of the day, and I actually really enjoyed having her there for them, because she is such a special person (and now friend)! She knows exactly how to handle anything thrown at her on wedding day. I can't recommend Hannah enough for your wedding experience. The quality of the video I received was first class. The way the team integrated both cameras in the shot came through was perfect. Marina was superb to work with. She was diligent about scoping out and creating a contract from my needs. She was responsive and flexible when we discussed what her work would be that night. I loved how her cameras were small and high quality not taking up a lot of seats in the theater was really valuable as I could sell more seats. Her work post production was remarkable. She was professional as we iterated on that the ultimate video looked and sounded like. I'm SO happy I hired her to do that post production work, no way I could have done that myself. I was really impressed with how well Jennifer did on both of these. She suggested great spots for the posed shots and I'm pleased with how striking the tall trees and greenery looks photos. She also got a lot of hard to capture shots of everyone dancing, laughing, and generally having a wonderful time at the reception. After making sure she was in our budget, she scheduled a phone call with me and my husband to discuss what we were expecting and to find out more about our background. We booked her a few months (maybe 6 or so? before our event). A few weeks before our event she touched base with us again with her event information sheet so she could find out the details and timelines of our event and our portrait list. We worked back and forth and she gave us a lot of insight about the process to tell us what was and wasn't feasible (and why) given our event timeline so we could make adjustments to when specific pictures would be taken and when specific things (like cake cutting and toasts) should be arranged since we only booked her for 4 hours and not a full day. The day of JennaBeth came early and prepared and our family portraits went very smoothly. JennaBeth has a great eye for detail. Our friends and family didn't even really notice there was a photographer there. In the end, our portraits came a little bit after the original estimated time frame but the pictures more than made up for the little bit of waiting that we did. Totally worth every penny we spent (which was very reasonable for the quality of the photos). Both of our families and me and my husband were blown away by the pictures we received- my mom can't get over how good they are and she doesn't like most photos! JennaBeth really currated the photos she took and we saw only the best of the best and don't feel like anything was missed. The lighting and mood throughout all of the photos were consistent and amazing - everyone looked great.
