Then four weeks without a paper. Calling and emailing to inquire does no good. They don't answer their phones. They don't call or email in response. If I didn't know better, I'd say they're running a sham operation. And if I were an advertiser, I'd want to see an audit of their circulation to see how many people are actually receiving the newspaper.
