I had a very disappointing experience with Reyes Interlocking Pavers. I worked with Claudia for…read morenearly 3 months on a driveway expansion project. I made myself available on weekdays for an in-person visit, received a quote, and even got a sample paver. I then went through the HOA approval process (which took a couple of months) and coordinated separately with a sprinkler company to prepare for the work. After approval, Claudia scheduled the installation for Easter weekend. However, when I reached out that Friday to confirm, Claudia said they wouldn't be able to come that weekend. Since then, despite multiple calls, texts, and even emails, she has not responded or provided any explanation. After months of coordination and what seemed like a confirmed plan, this lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At the very least, Claudia should have responded and explained the situation.
