One weekend I had reached out with a last minute request to see a certain property, he had a scheduling conflict so he arranged for his team member, Chelsea, to step right in and make all things happened for us. She was super friendly and professional. Some items priced very high, so didn't sell. Who would pay $8 for a High School yearbook for a High School they didn't attend. Most valuable items appeared to sell on Sunday when most of her clients must know Sunday sale are 1/2 off. Wished I picked another Company! They took longer than expected to remove unsold items from house. With the frustrations I had from lack of communication, I would have done the sale myself and earned more money for the Estate.
