Unfortunately this unique store is closing. I received a mar a lago Larimar ring for Christmas. Unfortunately, it was way too large. I was able to find another ring that fit perfectly. Excellent customer service. Wonderful selection of this unique stone only found in the Caribbean . They said they are looking for a new location and I certainly hope they find one. A shopping jewel of unique artisan; crafts, handbags, jewelry, clothing, accessories, art, decor, quirky gadgets, and re-purposed materials. I have been shopping & buying from them for many years. I always like the personal attention you get when trying to find your perfect item. A nice place to find your one-of-a-kind anything. Recently, they helped me figure out a problem I had with my custom metal scarf slide. It snagged all my scarfs. They suggested using a glass file (which they sold beautiful ones). It fixed my problem like a charm and I have a nail file for life. read more

The WORST! First off, NEVER buy anything here. Supporting any business that will not give you your money back for a reasonable return should not even be in business. They state "no monetary returns" on their receipt - well guess what...it's too late! You have already bought the item! Now let's get to the horrible way I was treated. I was obviously NOT happy with the ridiculous policy and asked for her to call a manager. She declined staring she was in Vegas. I said then call your owner, that's when it went south. She started raising her voice at me when all she needed to do was supply a phone number for an owner or the manager upon her return but...no....she felt it was her duty to be rude and chase off a customer that has spent over 1000.00 in their store within the last 6 months. She ultimately called security on me lol...I guess she didn't like a customer refuting her BS and informing her she had no business being in customer service. My whole livelihood has been based on customer service and the way I was treated here was truly appalling. I have a feeling this is not an isolated incident. First - Please do NOT SUPPORT businesses that will not stand behind their products by offering a full refund. Second - they take credit cards - they MUST accept returns per your credit card agreement. If they refuse - file a dispute with the credit card company immediately. Third - If you must shop here, never use cash. You will never see your hard earned money again if you have an issue or need to exchange or return. Fourth - Find a much better selection of clothing by the same brands at a store called Rose & Remington in Lebanon Ohio and I think they are opening another in Centerville. Polite staff and never an issue taking something back. I hope this saves another unsuspecting customer from encountering this horrible store and the nasty women that work there. =( read more

I have gotten Beautiful Stainglass frames that I Love. I have found unique doorknobs that remind me of the house I grew up in. Soooo many Wonderful, Beautiful things all there in Artisans. While this store may have nice and unusual items for sale, we will never shop here again thanks to the employees that have no people skills or an understanding the customer is possibly there to make a purchase. When we took our purchase to the counter the employee rang up our item without any acknowledgement of us - none, not even hello or eye contact - until she told us the price after ringing up the item. She was able, however, to maintain her conversation with her coworker and chew her gum without missing a beat. Suggestion to the employees - recognize that people are customers with money in their pocket, and they expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. A simple hello, eye contact, some sort of acknowledgement of the customers existence will go a long way. We will be looking for unusual and crafty items elsewhere, certainly not at this store. read more

Terrible customer service. Do not shop here! I bought a clock here that was on clearance and was told "All sales are final". I agreed to that with a comment of "No problem as long as the clock works". I brought the clock home, hung it on the wall and it did not work. I replaced the battery and the clock still did not work. The manager said there was nothing she could do. Asked if I would take it to a repair shop. They must have know this clock did not work and that is why it was on sale. Terrible management to not even offer a merchandise credit and could care less about losing a loyal customer. Will never shop here again and will share this experience with friends. read more

This is my favorite place! I adore a business that cant even comprehended how the exchange of currency and product work. It's the best experience ever! Bought some very scrumptious perfume for somebody for Christmas, put it in my car. The seal on the top was defected and the putrid moldy wanna be posh but is rotting because it wasn't packaged properly smell leaked in my car and on my floor. Not the amazingly irksome eye rolling employees fault. Let's get to what is. Went back to exchange it, with my receipt. They had none left. I asked for a refund for my bastardized purchase and the Sour faced I'm too old for this hurry up I need to watch housewives of Beverly Hills lady refused me! YOU sold me a disfigured piece of shit. Horrible business practices. I dropped off a Marahlago bracelet (valued at $540), purchased at their store to have the clasp changed as it kept falling off. After finding out the company who made it would not fix it, I went to pick it up. "I'm sorry, we can't find it, we will take your name and number and call you when we do" was the response. I was visibly upset and the manager was called who claimed I had already picked it up. I would remember if I had picked it up or not. I had not! They searched the store and asked me to leave. I insisted on knowing what would happen if they did not find it. Manager and Owner both said they would do nothing to help me as I had already picked it up. I produced a receipt I had from dropping it off and was told that 'wasn't a real receipt' even though they issued it to me. After moving some furniture, they found my bracelet behind a cabinet. Horrible treatment, horrible business practice. Please do not patronize this business. They do not care about their customers! read more
