When I finally reached someone by phone, I was told -- directly -- that they don't have time to answer emails or take calls because they are too busy. Read that again: too busy to answer customers who are trying to give them money. There is no proper online ordering system, no follow-up, no basic customer service, and zero respect for potential buyers. If you don't want to sell online or respond to inquiries, then don't pretend to have a website that suggests otherwise. This is not how a legitimate or serious business operates in 2025. Ignoring customers and brushing them off with "we're busy" is unacceptable. Communication is the bare minimum -- and they completely failed.
