We saw her approaching but she stopped to interact with and pet a dog even though she was already late, leaving us waiting longer still. She did not make suggestions on adjustments to my glasses, meaning many of the pictures have my glasses either oddly placed on my face or obscuring my eyes. The images took longer to process than anticipated, delaying the printing of our wedding invitations. She refused to give us our images digitally, by email or download, and insisted on giving them to us on disk instead. We were required to pay shipping for her to send us the disk. We chose not to use her services for our wedding because we did not believe she was reliable enough for our needs.

We have done family photos with my husband's whole family, which was a group of 10 people. We had a beautiful photo shoot and a wonderful selection of standard group shots with different backgrounds as well as creative and unique poses and styles. The quality was far better than we would have been able to get at a mall photo studio and they were much more flexible with such a large group. We have also had two photo shoots of our infant son. One at 6 weeks and another at 4 months. Both sessions were wonderful and the photos turned out great. We look forward to doing more photos in the future as our son grows. I also attended my younger brother's photo shoot for his senior portraits. Again, the photos were a great mix of standard type shots and unique and creative backdrops and poses. My brother was very happy with the variety of photos he ended up with. In all things we have found the photographers at Witzke Lane to be extremely flexible and accommodating.
