After the sale, they have been polite and helpful and provided a loaner machine when mine needed service. Their classes are well done, and they are always willing to answer a question or strategize on a project.

The sales lady I spoke with rudely refused to tell me anything. She told me I MUST come in. I called Tomorrow's Treasures in Crofton and they also couldn't give me exact prices but they were well mannered and told me the MSRP of each machine and everything they offer to go with the machine.
