She took me back to chair still covered in other customer's hair all over the floor (extremely disrespectful). She rushed through the haircut and was very heavy handed, even acknowledging she was being rough at one point. She briefly apologized for pulling and tugging on my hair with the straightener, but then continued to do it. She made forced small talk and truly made me feel so uncomfortable for being there. God forbid a woman needs a haircut. She was rude and miserable, and I would never go back to her. I hope she can figure out what's going on in her personal life and stop treating her customers like trash for no reason.

You cannot schedule ahead for some reason. I know her from High School, and she does a great job and many in Tri-Valley school area know her and love her work. She has regulars that frequently attend since she first opened years ago. If I have time to stop in and say hello I usually do and leave since she is so busy.

My grandma and i decided to try for a walk in. We waited about an hour and looked around Walmart while we waited. The tech's that my grandma and O had were both extremely nice and gave us exactly what we asked for. Overall great experience and I definitely recommend coming here.
