They are very reliable though, and clean, fast, and efficient. They do take appointments, but I have made appointments before, and still had to wait. You're best off just going at a time when they aren't super busy. If I have to wait, I usually just hit the shopping center until they free up. They offer chrome and cat's eye, but otherwise it's a better spot if you're just into standard gel, or a mani pedi. I wasn't super impressed with their selection of purple shades last time I went in, but they did an ok job at the nail art I was coaxing them to do, and they really didn't want to do any nail art since the nail art tech wasn't in that day. Overall I will go back for a balance any time if I'm not looking for anything fancy.

I had a big event coming up and I wanted to get my hair professionally done. On their website they say they do blowouts and styling but when I went to book online the only option was a cut and a style. I did not want to cut my hair. Two weeks before my event I called them about 5 times and went in once. I never got a call back and when I went in to book in person no one was at the desk. I waited for 10 minutes. The salon seemed empty. This place was the only option for where I could get my hair done as I did not have time in my day before the event to go somewhere farther.

She made sure I wouldn't get any of the "tell-tale" spray tan lines anywhere on my hands or feet. She dried it really well and used finishing powder so it didn't feel sticky afterwards.
