Unique to this location - an indoor soccer field and an ice hockey rink. There is a large concession stand outside these 2 attractions so guests can warm up or cool off. There is also a ropes course / climbing wall within the facility. Definitely worth a visit with the family if you are looking for a unique YMCA experience.

Numerous times we weren't charged or charged twice in a week. Also shortly after the director started, the weekly rate increased, coincidence? I suppose that is the easiest way to deal with a budget issue. Secondly, everyone, even currently enrolled families had to reapply this summer. This included agreeing to no longer having vacation or sick days, so you pay every day no matter what. The director also said in that announcement that she would follow up with all parents individually about that, but didn't. Lastly, you can tell the staff morale has gone down. People are leaving and you can tell they are not happy with the changes they are dealing with too. This was 5 stars a year ago, but all it takes is one person to screw that up.

The first day I picked her up I walked around the entire building for almost 10 minutes, barely any staff around and the staff I did see never bothered to ask who I was or if they could help. I could have been a predator and no one would have cared. When I finally asked someone where the 2 year old room was, they gave me 3 different options saying she didn't know where they would be at this time. When I finally found her, again the young girl working in the room didn't greet me or say anything. I picked up my niece, and I had to ask the staff if they would like to see my id to prove who I was picking up this child? She had no interest, and when I asked about signing her out she said don't worry. This was the absolute first time I had picked her up, and they didn't ask my name or care who this stranger was picking up a child in their care. I have been picking her up for months and usually see different staff with her room each time. A couple of the staff recognize me and I can tell care, but most of the younger staff don't. Every time I pick her up she is dirty and full of sand/dirt and is always starving. She is a 2 year old so doesn't eat much, but after daycare days she eats a ton like she hasn't eaten all day! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and would NEVER take my own children there. I have also heard they lie to the State about their rates so they can charge people who get assistance higher parent shares.

I've walked in on her down for a nap on a dirty cot( o was told it rained the day b4) no excuse for that! When I got my daughter home she had wood chips in her pamper (at home she's fully potty trained) They refuse to take her to the pot! Her clothes were being changed 3-4 times out the week because they said she was peeing out her pamper! They don't wipe runny noses. Even took photos of my daughter knowing I didn't want photos taken even worse didn't clean her face for the photos. My heart hurts for my children because I trusted them to care. Now I get the cold shoulder when I come get my children which makes it very awkward, but that's very unprofessional. I thought they would use my concerns as a coaching to improve care not make it difficult and force my family out. OAN if your looking for incident reports to know when your child hurt themselves you won't get that either! Good thing my son can talk I picked him up from care with busted lips and a scratched eye and had to ask my son what happens then the teacher will verbally explain

HORRIBLE service and even worse quality. I called Randy to update plumbing in my house I am…read morerenovating. Originally I had him install a water main shutoff and I liked him so much I had him replace the main stack and rough in plumbing throughout the house. From this point on I realized what a lousy businessman Randy is. During his initial time here giving me an estimate he told me he would get the necessary permits and I don't need to worry. When you call R and R Plumbing you will reach Randy's wife Dawn. If you call there in the morning she will answer the phone, but is always pre occupied talking to her crew and complaining about how busy she is. If you call in the afternoon Dawn may or may not answer and if she does she is "away from her desk" and may or may not return your call. Randy was very quick to say he could find a better toilet that I could buy in store. I said ok great do you have a picture because I don't want just any toilet? Nope. "I will have the guys pull one out of the box and have Dawn send you a pic" That never happened. Even after asking a second and third time, I said the hell with it and found one myself. Moving along, I wanted a washtub installed in the basement and it was the same line as before. "I can find you one way better than you can find in the store" Okay great get me one. That never happened either. Not only did Dawn keep sending me an invoice for $100 or so that I had already paid and previously disputed, I repeatedly asked her for my current invoice. She said I should have gotten it but she would "look into it and get back to me" As you can probably guess by now, that didn't happen either. I had to call her again to request it be sent again AND ask her about the permit Randy said he would get. I had to ask because by this time I was fed up and hired a new plumber. This is where the story takes a nice turn. I have never done a renovation before and it would have been nice to be told that I needed to have an inspection done by the city. I am guessing he didn't mention it because he never got the permits they told me they would. When I called him out on this to Dawn she gave me some lame story about how she rubs elbows with the people that work for the city and its "actually not a big deal" She told me worse case scenario I would get a small fine, no big deal. Obviously she doesn't have an attorney because mine assured me that was NOT the case. Moving along, she LIED to me AGAIN on the phone and said Randy just took care of it. She asked if I would like to schedule more work and I said no thank you. After having a quality plumber look at Randy's crappy work he rolled his eyes and said "this is not good" The main stack had been hacked so many times it looked like a kid took 50 pieces of random pipe and glued them together. After telling the new plumber what I was doing in the bathroom he said he has know idea wtf Randy's plan was but he would have to redo all his work. This included replacing the stack again and properly roughing in the bathroom with the rest of the work I needed finished. He pointed out pipes glued together crooked and even broken fittings. I wouldn't recommend Randy to work on ANYTHING! Call ANYONE besides R and R Plumbing. I wish I had, it cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

He quickly undertone problem and fixed it in under an hour. They also recommended a water damage remediation company that was there in under an hour to repair that damage. We've used R and R plumbing several times over the years. They've been very prompt, efficient, effective and the bills were always reasonable.

When our first daughter was born 4 years ago, my wife and I really wanted to find someone that…read morecared for three or four children in their home. We weren't very interested in a "childcare center" by the traditional definition. We weren't able to find anyone close with any openings. After receiving a few word-of-mouth recommendations, we toured Little Inspiration and our daughter started attending. My entire viewpoint of "childcare centers" has been corrected since then. Our 2 daughters have been attending Little Inspirations since they were 12 weeks old. Looking back, if I were to do it again, I would not change a thing. Our daughters' manners, speech, imaginations, and personalities are beyond my original expectations. This really clicked almost two years ago when we were eating supper at home. Our older daughter, out of the blue, said "May I be excused please?". Our families are pretty laid back, so this took us by surprise. It was right then that I knew they are having a great childhood. Here are some key points on Little Inspirations: 1. Communication is great. They inform us well in advance of various items: upcoming events, additional clothes needed (warm items for outside, etc), when starting to run low on diapers/wipes, school news 2. Accommodating. Our younger daughter was on a non-dairy diet for nearly two years. They accommodated this request as if she was their own daughter. We could even see the special instructions/notes in certain areas to remind the teachers about this. As we were transitioning her into dairy, they even allowed us to include cheese on certain menu items, and not others. 3. Candor. Yes, candor. If you aren't familiar with this word, don't be afraid to read about it. The entire team at Little Inspirations talks to us AND the kids with candor. Because.... they aren't just kids... they're little humans. 4. Personable. All of the team at Little Inspirations is just remarkable at remembering personable items. Example: On a Monday morning, 7am, our daughter walks into Little Inspirations after a weekend at Wis Dells. Two teachers at different times say to our daughter "Hey you, how was your weekend at the water park?". In summary, I've told many people that I know that I GENUINELY recommend Little Inspirations. We've gotten to know much of their team very well. We trust them and we feel beyond comfortable with them. I hope this message will reach more people than I am able to do so by word-of-mouth.

The teachers truly care about our kids and our kids love the staff (even with teacher changes which is expected in this environment, they hire great staff time and time again). The curriculum they offer at each age level is perfect. The daily sheets were always nice to get when the girls were young so we were able see what was going on. The sheets also gave us a place to start dinner conversation with the girls. Now, they think they just get to "play" all day but little do they know they are learning - love it! The other thing that our family likes about KinderCare is the flexibility. We certainly pay more for this flexibility but when you have a job that fluctuates on a regular basis it's hard to depend on one person and some locations you pay for your spot no matter what - here I'm able to take the girls when I need to and it's nice; I don't have to stress over paying money for time I'm not using but know I can count on them when something comes up and I have to take them there last minute. All of these things combined are great but the most important is that our kids are happy and healthy and that gives me the ability to go to work knowing they are in good hands!

One of the best examples I can give of how amazing the center and teachers are is one day when our daughter couldn't find her blanket. No less than 7 teachers and both the director and the assistant director helped us look for 30 minutes until it was found. Simply above and beyond! I have never once seen this center in any shape other than impeccable cleanliness. It's amazing how well maintained it is. It has been a joy to watch our daughter flourish at this center. We look forward to many more great years here!
