I only recommend them to high end customers who are dressed in designer clothing. Little did she know I had access to when I admired her own artwork and asked her advice about mine by showing her my shots on my cellphone. And the facility layout is very nice- rooms are spacious, well lit, and comfortable- with seating strategically placed for this times you need to stop and spend some time with a particular piece of art. Admission is inexpensive and gains you entrance to the sister museum downtown- which is also wonderful and which has an incredible gift shop! A must see for art lovers! I'll definitely be back!

Upon arriving at the Reptile Discovery Center, there are two small areas for free parking. Then…read moreupon walking into the air conditioned welcome center, we were quickly greeted by a lady who took our entrance fee and provided helpful info. We proceeded to walk through the outside exhibitions which included enclosed gators, tortoises, and rhinoceros iguanas. Since it's summertime, the mornings get really hot so we returned to the indoor welcome center, where there is a large attached exhibit room with lots of snakes, mostly venomous. There were different types of geckos displayed too. At 11:30am (Sunday) there was the days only venom extracting show! This is a very cool experience where you get to see actual venom extractions from a variety of snakes just feet in front of you while hearing expert knowledge about these interesting reptiles! Overall this was a nice experience, as long as you keep in mind that it's not a huge place, nor does it have tons of animals. But it's a cute venue that houses a variety of species that you normally would not see or probably have never seen before.
