My mother was admitted into Arun Lodge in 2008 when the home care that we had put into place was no longer sufficient for her needs. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. The care and company that she got at the home took her back several years in terms of what she was able to do. The most striking thing to me was the way that whenever I visited - and I was free to do so at any time with no prior arrangement - there was always the sound of laughter. A very happy place.
