On 02/14/2023 Ashlee Syme, the location director, attempted to bill my insurance company for 6 visits. Obviously these services were not rendered. I called my insurance company and explained the situation to them and they indicated that they will deny the claim and send the claims to their fraud investigation department. I will also be filing an ethics violation report with the Colorado board of insurance and the secretary of state. It is my sincere hope that no one else is taken by these frauds!
