I had a savings account and there were several fraudulent charges by criminals out of Hong Kong as shown on the statement. I contacted TTCU and they refused to protect me, they would not close the account, they would not stop withdraws and deposits, nothing, they refused to take any action to protect me. I asked what my options were and they said I had to stay exposed until all chargers were investigated and they confirmed this meant the thieves could keep stealing! I had to go in person to close the account and they initially refused to allow me to close the account! I had been a TTCU member for several decades with very large deposits, but no more!
