When I came in with concerns, she spent a significant amount of time chatting about irrelevant matters while I stood in line. After waiting for much longer than I should have, I finally decided to speak up to get my needs addressed and she decided that was enough to kick me out of the office. She even got her blonde coworker to help her remove me from the office. Essentially, I showed up, was ignored, and when I had the audacity to speak up for myself, I was kicked out of the building.
