I never write reviews but found myself needing to write one on this group. I have never had a billing issue with my own personal account or with the 5 people I referred here's accounts. It is so easy to post a negative review without repercussion yet the angry reviewer is only telling their side of the story. My sister is Chronically Mentally Ill. She has numerous personality issues and is often a very difficult patient to work with. This group has gone above and beyond to help her but she has very limited coping skills or self awareness so I am sure she has been trying at times. Her therapist and all the others here we have seen have been so professional and so supportive. They have helped me and my family learn new techniques for dealing with my sister and how her behavior impacts others. They have helped through my brothers divorce and how it has impacted him and his children. They truly care about the best interest of their clients and I can't think of one bad comment or experience I or any of my family or friends have had. All I can say is you will love them!! Take all reviews with a grain of salt and remember not everyone is healthy or has the best intentions when they write a review. My sister is a perfect example of this! read more

I swear these people saved my marriage. My wife and I went for counseling as a last ditch effort to try and save our marriage. We struggled with infidelity, alcohol and arguing. Our therapist literally turned around our marriage. It's not like it was. It is better then it ever has been. Learning to trust and be vulnerable was really hard but we did it together and are so much happier and deeper in love. We should have done this years ago. Our counselor was so knowledgeable and gave great homework assignments. We saw Melissa for couples, Karen and Lizette for individuals. Scheduling and Billing were quick and efficient with no problems at all. They even told me when our out of pocket was met and didn't collect money from us long before the insurance company let us know. Very honesty and trustworthy group. read more

What a great group of people. From the receptionists to the Therapists. I was treated so well and respectfully. I have been coming for work stress and relationship problems and both have improved greatly! I have learned great new skills and found an inner strength I didn't know I had. NEVER have I had a problem with billing, scheduling or getting an appointment. I had to wait a week to get started but since then I always get a slot. I can't say enough about this group, and would recommend them to anyone. I plan on using them anytime an issue arises in the future. Total Professionals! read more

Awesome Therapists!! Saw new angles of my problems that other therapists missed at my last office I went to. Very professional and very responsive. No problems with scheduling or billing. I have been seen here on and off for the last three years. I came in when I need a quick tune-up or if something is going on but if things are smooth I take a break. They are very supportive and aren't out to just make a buck and allow me to come in only when I need to. Call them, you will love them! read more

Took my teenage daughter to this practice and Melissa was great. I thought she would tell me everything my daughter shared but she didn't. She gave me lots of advice and things I could do to help my daughter without breaking confidence. What I thought was the problem Melissa was able to find out was minor and she discovered my daughter was cutting. I had no idea! What a great experience!! Completely stress free! My children are semi-normal now. No longer crazy and out of control teenagers! I swear that my kids had me losing my mind but through these Therapists we have somehow toned down our behaviors and have reached a new level of calm we have never experienced before. This was so easy!! Scheduling and billing were great. They even knew how much I had left to meet on my deductible and quickly switched me to co-pays instead of the full amount. My counselor was super helpful! She helped me to own what was mine and to give away what wasn't. I finally feel in control of my life and feel like an adult instead of struggling teenager. I tried a male and a female therapist and loved them both. We see the male for couples and female for individual. My wife and I are doing awesome now. We have learned so much. Have never had an issue here. In fact I told them my co-pay was 50 from when I checked my benefits. They rechecked and find out it was only 25 and not the 50. I was happily surprised and really appreciated the honesty. Give them a try. We are so happy and think they are great therapists! read more

This whole place is full of Angels. They helped me get out of an abusive relationship. Now I'm happy and free. They got me free EAP sessions And when that ran out they worked with my budget and help me to get a price I can afford so I can continue my therapy. They are truly a blessing! read more

My son and I met with Melissa. My son was not at all impressed with her. My son had several visits with her. He refused to return. He reported she interrupted him many times. We are now seeing another therapist, a psychologist, and my son loves him. read more
