There patient packet makes you think they have it all…read moreorganized. my son was there for 12 days and it was one issue after another. there was not proper supervision during the night. kids were coming in other kids rooms. medication was given to my child without consent. says he will be evaluated by Dr within 72 hours. was not seen for 7 days. school work was not given for 6 days. the final straw was they ran out of his medication and I was told he would not get it for 3 days. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. They seemed very understaffed Be very careful if you leave your child there.

I panicked to the point of passing out, staff say there and watched, my peers had to help me. I have more trauma than I had when I went there. I was told to simply stop crying, it's that easy. this place is abusive they say they are a hands off facility but a nurse twisted my arms behind my back. All because I was overheating and needed an ice pack so I went to get one. I was told I was lying about past trauma and what happened here even though more than six kids raised their hands as witnesses apparently it doesn't count because it's a bunch of r-slur opinions. it's not opinion it's fact. this place is awful never send your kid here. help me shut this place down discovery should not be residential it should only be outpatient. Now there's another doctor Medina and she's not much better allocated against me by entering a real negative diagnosis that she had no knowledge of at all. The staff out front making mistakes left and right, but here's the real kicker the entire building was closed down last Wednesday. It was closed the other day. Keep saying we are short staffed! They don't return your calls and if you need medication, you're out of luck. I don't understand why they are open the worst experience of my entire life. WHY ARE THEY EVEN OPEN
