She was incredibly quick responding and quickly sent over her menus and helped us choose a good variety: bagel bar, mini quiches, pimento biscuits with bacon jam, and mini strawberry shortcakes. She showed up right on time and to our cabin at Oglebay with all the food, and I cannot possibly express in words how good the food was!! The bridal party loved every bit of it and by the end, if I counted right, we had 1.5 bagels and two mini shortcakes left out of a couple dozen of each, Everything she recommended was absolutely perfect, and the food was the perfect thing to start off our wedding day! The pulled pork was so delicious it didn't need any sauce and the smoked half chickens were moist and tasty.
