We jumped on our chance as quickly as we could!! Our dinner started with a Baked Brie appetizer, Vichyssoise, Mandarin Orange Salad, Green Beans Amandine, and Potatoes Au Gratin. Followed by Chocolate Mousse with Whipped Cream and Raspberries. Bob and his assistant had been up since 5:30 AM, working weddings and special occasions but were able to set-up and serve our dinner with elegance and efficiency.
