I reached out to Michael and he was very responsive, he visited the site and quickly shared the updated plans for resubmission to the city. He also closely worked with me and GC to answer further queries from the inspector. Overall, I had great experience with Michael. He is professional, shared his quote upfront and honored it, was very collaborative, responsive and has attention to detail. I am sure he has a bright future ahead and if I start another project I will definitely work with him again.

Couldn't hardly fit three guys on the job let alone 5 and he wanted all to be paid the same. Ok, you're helping me off hours so I'll pay the crew. Then he offers to haul my dirt away. Great I say but this time give me a fixed rate. He says $130 fixed to load and then the cost to dump (he'll send me the invoice with weight). The next day he tells me I owe him $676. 5+ tons of dirt at $130/ton. The crew certainly worked hard but I left the exchange feeling like he was just treating me like a one time pay day. Won't be hiring them back.

Originally I was going to try and do…read morethis myself but after researching the process and the mistakes that can be made that hinder the results I decided to hire a professional, and I'm really glad I did. Marco removed the old wallpaper, repaired the drywall where needed and painted the walls and ceiling. The process took about 3 days and after watching the process I know I would have messed this up. When I came time to select a color I have deliberated for weeks before we started and still hadn't landed on one. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Marco is trained in color theory and has lots of experience with how/why/where in selecting and applying the right color. His insight was very helpful to me and the absolutely love the color we selected. It's exactly what I was looking for. He was also receptive and helpful in painting the finishing details around the corners, tiles and mirror. To make a clean finish around the edges he used caulking to finish these details, and while he was at it he when ahead and repaired some of the grout that needed repaired. I really enjoyed working with Marco and I will be hiring him again for some exterior painting this summer. I highly recommend him for your next project!
