Inexcusable to have a fluorescent lighting in a paint store!!…read more This Benjamin Moore dealer cannot be serious about providing excellent customer service because they have fluorescent lighting and that type of lighting completely messes with the subtleties of paint color. Some of the staff are professional and well mannered, and some are not. Who needs a snooty attitude from an employee of the paint store? It has happened far more than once so I thought it was worth mentioning. How is the customer supposed to know that a color such as Willow will look completely different depending on which Benjamin Moore product you select? It will go from muddy to spectacular, depending which paint product is used, and that makes an enormous difference. By contrast, I have always had excellent customer service from the other two Benjamin Moore dealers in town. If all the staff at this dealer were coached on improving the customer experience, I think that would go a long way to fixing the problem. Some of them just seem like they can't wait to get rid of you and perhaps they don't like their jobs very much, but if working in this business, it's an asset to have some passion for how color can transform people's environments.
