We have always used this same company. MY whole family uses them for events as well. They've always been great. We use them about 3xs a year. We heard today that they are under new ownership, the new owners are just as great as the last. My daughter had a wonderful birthday party, and the water slide was a huge hit! Every kid in the neighborhood was here, having a blast! I will say, I am very appreciative they put a gymnastics mat under the pool this time. It made it nice and soft. and the way he set up the tarp, so the kids didn't have to walk on mud/rocks, was very appreciated. We asked if they could pick the bouncy slide up later than expected, and they had no issue with it at all. Very friendly, polite, and quick service. Thank you for your hard work. We rented tables and chairs from ASA for a party for our one year old on 09/21/13. I had to call before the event several times with questions and requests and everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and professional! They were flexible on delivery times and even carried the tables and chairs into our backyard for us, which was not considered part of the delivery. On the day of, the delivery driver was running a bit late but she made sure to call to inform us where she was. I will definitely recommend ASA to people planning events in the future! read more

Very easy to order from and work with! I hired ASA Party Rentals for a wedding I planned and they were amazing. I had a location at one point and needed to cancel the order. Then the new location cancelled on me and ASA let me keep my order as is. The wedding ended up larger than expected and I had no problems adding to the order. The delivery was smooth and the pick up even better. On time and very professional. After we set up the tables and chairs it seemed the amount of chairs I allotted for the tables was too much. I called and told them a 6' round would not hold 10 chairs! They calmly told me they can fit up to 12 so 10 should not be a problem. They asked me to try again and if they still wouldn't fit ASA would be happy to assist. Sure enough we did not have them set up tight enough and 10 was a very comfortable fit. I appreciated how calm and professional they stayed as I was freaking out that I did not have enough tables and linens. I would not hesitate to use them again! read more
