Sent an order with check numbers missing and Karen at customer service want me to prove it's not my fault. Their fault, their problem - now my problem? Never again!!!!!! Here's an update: I received this email from them today. I never fire the first round in a customer service battle, so trust me I didn't start this - and you can see where it comes from!! "We are sending you a replacement order free of charge because a) Karen told you we would replace the order b) because it's the right thing to do. Promising 1 day service and low cost cheques I ordered from these guys on Feb 9th. Other than I needed cheques to cut my payroll by the end of the month I wasn't worried about time because after all I had 20 days. I did however clearly stated on my order that I needed them before the end of the month. They promise 2 hour turnaround on emails. I have had to constantly phone them right from the start to attempt to get my order moving and to find out the status. Emails are not responded to if you do not. Finally come Feb 21st I called again to confirm the status of my order to ensure that I could cut payroll by Feb 29th. Yes I was told your cheques are being printed as we speak. I called again today Friday, Feb 24th to get a tracking number and was told that my cheques would be going to the printers on Monday. After ripping them a new one, they indicated that they couldn't possibly get me cheques in time. I said great, my payroll is now delayed, you have completely fallen down on your customer service now what are you going to do for me in compensation. After pushing, the best they could do was that they would send me 50 cheques today via CanadaPost (because apparently there is no such thing as overnight service to my address WRONG), and that they would take $25 off my order. In my opinion too little and I had to work for that. These guys are obviously a very small outfit. They do not respond in a timely matter. They do not deliver in the time they promise. And they are not customer service oriented. I would NOT recommend that anyone order from this company. If I were to do it again, I would pay the extra cost and order from a more reputable company. read more
