He found a case that he liked and was almost ready to buy it, until I pulled out my tablet to see what they had in stock for me as well. (!!) I hadn't been planning on doing this, but it makes sense.... these things are so easy to break! Not that they fit in a back pocket so you can sit on them or anything, like my phone... However, better safe than sorry. They're so expensive to fix or replace! Lucky for us - they had two identical cases that fit each of our tablets, and the cases were even on sale! As for the service, the clerk was really helpful, allowing us to open the boxes to see how the case fits and works. I like that we can sit our tablets up - horizontally or vertically - to read or watch a show, or whatever we like. Convenient and handy. It was also neat getting the receipt sent to my email, although it didn't really save paper - coz we got a paper receipt as well. Oh well! This was a good experience. We had been looking for one of those cell phone stores that sells cases. This was another alternative. Shop around; you may save money.

The item was received in good order I was told and here's what was refunded to me: Total purchase amount $94.91 CAD Amount refunded $66.66 CAD Best Buy took no responsibility or intervened in any way. I returned to Mobile Klinik. He recognized the problem as a dirty charging port. He cleaned the port at no charge.... wow ..now that's great service. Yes...i definitely will recommend them to friends
