I hired this company to locate an individual in Texas per the court system requirements requesting…read moreinformation from Washington state. Initially the individual was enthusiastic and eager to take on the task. He was not able to fully obtain the information needed. He was unable to complete the service I paid for because the person he found moved a short distance away from the original location after he tried to serve her several times. The court needed additional information so I had to send him more money to complete the job. We were on a tight schedule to obtain the information. I tried to communicate with him for several weeks and he would not respond after I sent him additional money to complete the job. He would not answer the phone his excuses was that there was a hurricane, he was out of the country and his phone did not work, he had covid, he was angry because I would call on the weekend and leave a message he became angry about leaving the message to return the call over the weekend. (on his web he says he is available 24/7 ) I asked him on an email to explain to me his policy regarding returning the money I sent to him when he did not provide a service of completion. He will not respond, he will not return any money I sent to him. I am almost 70 years old and on social security. I was excited to employ this company initially the owner (I believe, is what he told me) provided a sense of rediness and assistance to start and complete this job. I was fooled, taken, and left out to dry not being able to provide the court system the information that was requested to move forward on the case. I had to resort to other means and paid a huge amount of money for another way to obtain the information needed. I would never tell anyone to utilize this company especially if you are not in that particular state. He has take advantage of the situation and kept the money I sent him with no end results. I have also contacted the BBB in Houston regarding this company. Please BEWARE of this company!
