I recently had a disappointing experience with this printing business and feel it's important to share. First, I was quoted one price by email from Eric. When I came in the following week, I was given a completely different (higher) price and told that the original quote was "last year's price." There was no prior mention that pricing had changed, which felt misleading. After agreeing to move forward, I was told my order would be ready the next morning. When I called at 1 PM to check on it, I was informed that the person who took my order "didn't make them aware" that it needed to be completed. I was then told it would be ready in an hour. This lack of communication and organization was frustrating, especially since timelines matter when running a business. Lastly, I specifically requested a matte finish for my business cards. They were printed in glossy instead. I was told they didn't have the matte material available and that it would have taken more time and required an upcharge -- none of which was mentioned when I placed the order or filled out the form the day before. I also was not informed about this when I called earlier that day before the cards were printed. I should have been notified and given the option before they proceeded. Overall, the experience felt unorganized and poorly communicated. Clear pricing, accurate timelines, and confirming order details are basic expectations when paying for a service. Awesome print and shipping store, the owners are very kind and knowledgeable regarding design and mailing. I need to do a mail campaign to help grow our small business. I was given many options and price points, the owner helped me pick the best mail routes for my fliers, even showed me the shipping costs, which he didn't mark up...the design was done in less than 24 hours and once we decided on the right look, the printing was complete in less than 72 hours and in the mail the next day...AMAZING...service from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about this little print shop in Tomball...we spend a lot on printing and design and by far PostNet in Tomball gave us the best prices, even against on line options. From the moment you walk in you feel like you matter and you aren't just another number, you are treated like family from an owner who truly cares about your needs and goes over and above to help find a solution to your printing needs. Shipping is quick and easy with several options...they even help pack my items and make the box smaller to help save money, the owner said, "it doesn't make sense to pay to ship air", at first I didn't understand, but once he reduced the size of my box, he must of save me $15 in wasted shipping costs. I have been to several other print/ship shops that are similar to this one, but none ever took care of me like the folks at PostNet in Tomball. I am now a loyal customer. read more

I searched for a Notary Public today to complete the Will I had written through Legal Zoom. Getting your Will notarized is no longer as simple a task as it used to be. Most of the usual places, such as banks, credit unions, and UPS stores won't do it, even though they will notarize other documents. Wills are special as they take extra time and expertise and the money charged is very small. I was fortunate to find PostNet on Tomball Parkway.
